Hi, The inner glass on the Hisense HDE3211BWUK can be removed for cleaning, but it is not a tool-free slide-out design. The door requires unscrewing a couple of fixings to release the inner glass before it can be taken out, so it does involve using a screwdriver rather than simply sliding it out.
