Hi Kristy,The Hisense 60cm Electric Cooker (HDE3211BBUK) does not come with a power cable because it is designed to be hard-wired to a dedicated cooker circuit. You cannot use a standard 13?A plug lead — doing so would be unsafe. Instead, a qualified electrician must connect it using an appropriately sized cable (usually 4–6?mm²) to a dedicated circuit with a 45?A fuse or circuit breaker and a cooker isolator switch, in compliance with UK electrical regulations.Thanks!

Hi, Yes — the inner glass panels on both oven doors of the Hisense HDE3211BBUK can be removed for cleaning. This feature is included in the design so you can clean the inside of the glass more thoroughly, not just the exterior surface.
