Hi, To clean the mink velvet on the Logan Dining Chairs (SKU: LOG041), we recommend the following care instructions:
If the velvet becomes stained, gently blot the area immediately with a clean, dry cloth to absorb any excess liquid—do not rub, as this can damage the fabric.
Next, prepare a mild cleaning solution by mixing a few drops of gentle dish soap with lukewarm water. Dampen a soft, clean cloth with this solution (make sure it’s not too wet) and lightly blot the stained area.
Once done, use a separate cloth dampened with plain water to remove any soap residue.
After cleaning, blot the area dry with a towel and allow it to air dry completely, away from direct heat or sunlight. Once dry, you can gently brush the fabric in the direction of the nap using a soft-bristle brush to restore its smooth appearance.
