You get great cooking performance too with the FlameSelect feature. This provides a cleverly controlled gas flow, so the flame can be precisely adjusted in 9 steps. That way you always get the same reliable and precise power levels for outstanding cooking convenience.
The design co-ordinated control dials are easy to operate and are in an attractive design. The 7-segment dials come with a residual heat indicator. This provides a digital display of the power level selected for a particular cooking zone. After the hob is turned off, the indicator informs you of the cooking zone’s residual heat.
In addition this hob features continuous cast-iron pan supports with protective rubber feet, for maximum stability and cooking convenience, and the whole unit is extremely easy-to-clean.
