Question from Andy: Asked on 21/08/2026 What is the standard warranty on this product (how long, is cost to return included in the warranty)?
Is the warranty from Microsoft or laptops direct?
Hi, Yes this comes with a 1 year manufacturer warranty.
Thank you.
Question from PC: Asked on 26/03/2026 Is the power supply via USB C?
Hi, The refurbished Microsoft Surface Laptop 4 Core i7 11th Gen 16GB RAM 512GB SSD 13.5-inch can be charged using either the included Surface Connect magnetic charger or a USB-C power adapter. The USB-C port supports USB Power Delivery (PD), so any USB-C charger providing at least 60?W will reliably charge the device. Lower-wattage chargers may charge more slowly or not at all.
Thank you.
