Hi, Yes, you can install Office 2019 on this MacBook Air and it will run, however it is an older, no longer supported version so for the best long-term compatibility and updates we would usually recommend Microsoft 365 or Office 2021 instead, and when it comes to moving your files from your old PC you can easily do this using Apple’s Migration Assistant over Wi-Fi, by copying your files to a USB stick or external hard drive and transferring them across, or by using a cloud service such as OneDrive.
