With accurate adjustments thanks to the smooth, gliding dials, you can find the perfect conditions to suit your dish and, if a pan starts to boil over, a quick adjustment immediately prevents any spillages. A glass lid comes in really handy, automatically shutting off the gas when closed and it even makes a great splashback!
