Hi,The Wyatt High Sleeper Loft Bed with Desk is designed to be used free-standing and does not require fixing to a wall.it should be stable on its own. However, if you want extra peace of mind or added stability, you can optionally anchor it to the wall using brackets or straps, though this is not mandatory.Thanks!

Hi,Yes — Wyatt High Sleeper Loft Gaming Bed with Desk (SKU WAT001) does allow the ladder to be installed on either side of the bed. You can position it on the left or right during assembly to suit your room layout.Thanks!

Hi, The Wyatt High Sleeper Loft Gaming Bed is made from solid pine wood and meets UK and EU safety standards. The top bunk safely supports up to 100?kg (220?lbs), including the mattress, so it’s suitable for adults under that weight for normal sleeping use. It’s not designed for heavier adults, very thick mattresses, or energetic activity like jumping. Within its weight limit, it’s sturdy and safe.
