Question from Freestanding walnut fireplace: Asked on 21/09/2026 Do the flames work without the heating on
Hi,Yes, the flames can be used independently without the heating being switched on, allowing you to enjoy the flame effect without generating heat. Thanks!
Question from AGL111: Asked on 01/09/2026 How high is the fire off the ground
I need a socket behind it
Hi, The AmberGlo AGL111 is freestanding and sits directly on the floor, so there isn’t a gap underneath for a socket. We’d recommend having the socket positioned behind or to the side of the unit, ensuring it remains safely accessible and isn’t obstructed.
Thank you.
