Hi Sheila,The electriQ EQDO1BLACK is a black built-in double oven with a black glass front and trim, but the knobs aren’t fully black as they have contrasting markings so you can easily see the settings. The main oven typically has five shelf positions, while the top oven has around four.Thanks!
