Hi, this dehumidifier retains your settings after a power interruption and will restart in the same mode once power returns. Please note that the timer and child-lock settings are not retained, and the unit has a short delay before restarting for safety. Thank you.

Hi, The electriQ Essential 10?Litre Laundry Dehumidifier (CD10P) is a compressor (condensation) dehumidifier, not a desiccant type. It uses a refrigerant (R290) and compressor technology to remove moisture from the air, and it works best at temperatures above 15?°C.

Hi Jade, this dehumidifier does not support a HEPA filter. It comes with an activated carbon filter only, and no HEPA option is available for this model. Thank you.

Hi, this dehumidifier does not emit warm air in laundry mode. Instead, it circulates dry air to aid in the drying process. Its primary function is to reduce humidity, which in turn accelerates the drying of clothes. Thank you.

Hi Bob, it can operate using just the built-in water tank. When the tank becomes full, the unit will automatically stop and show a "tank full" indicator with an alert sound. Once you have emptied and reinserted the tank correctly, it will resume normal operation. Thank you.
