Hi,This radiator is designed for central heating use only and does not support fitting an electric heating element directly, although it can be converted to dual-fuel operation with additional valves and pipework by a professional.Thanks!

HI John,Thermostatic control depends entirely on the Thermostatic Radiator Valve (TRV), which you must install separately, as the passive column radiator you linked does not include it by default.Thanks!
