Question from John: Asked on 20/08/2026 Hi can the top of the machine be removed to give better under counter top clearance
Hi, yes, the Bosch SMS4EMW06G has a removable worktop and is designed with built-under installation in mind. Bosch’s official documentation confirms the worktop is 30mm high, so removing it will provide approximately 30mm of additional clearance under your worktop. Please ensure installation is carried out in line with Bosch’s fitting instructions.
Thank you.
Question from Alan: Asked on 15/01/2026 I have a Bosch dishwasher A triple plus is this machine as good as? The new B rated.
Hi, The Bosch Series 4 SMS4EMW06G dishwasher is rated B on the latest A–G energy label. This new rating system is stricter than previous labels, so the B rating does not mean lower performance.
