Hi, Once the programme has finished and the door lock has released, simply pull the door handle towards you to open the door. If you need to open it during a cycle, press Start/Pause first; the door will unlock if the water level and temperature are safe.

Hi, the fabric softener goes into the compartment marked with the flower symbol on the detergent drawer. Please only fill it up to the MAX line. The other compartments are for detergent (and pre-wash if selected).
