Unusually they have thought about what they will look like when not in use as much as they will when in use to give a distinctively smoother, uncluttered appearance when not in use which has been cleverly achieved with out any sacrifices to BeefEater's renowned simplicity and ease of use or durability.
To achieve this BeefEater Discovery 1500 4 Burner Built In Gas BBQ features a seamless and stylish control panel cover which conceals the control knobs and control panel for a seamless look when the BBQ is not in use. Simply flip the concealing control panel cover down when cooking to create a convenient shelf. This is twinned with grey,fully welded porcelain enamel and brushed 304 grade stainless steel for a fantastic overall look while a rollback hood allows the BBQ to sit snugly against the wall to keep the overall theme of sleekness going.

Four powerful and durable 15MJ cast iron burners cook with a consistent heat seal in flavour creating flavourful food without fuss for those delicious much desired bbq tastes. The four cast iron burners are simply and rapidly powered up with a quartz one press start ignition system so cooking temperatures can be attained with a minimum of fuss.
The BeefEater Discovery 1500 4 Burner Built In Gas BBQ's rollback hood is a double layer roasting hood, with a integral temperature gauge, that helps maintain the consistent temperatures which are ideal for indirect cooking so roasting poultry or larger cuts of meat to capture those unique barbecue tastes can be easily achieved creating the perfect roast on every occasion.
Sitting under the hood there is a spacious quality cast iron cooking surface with cast iron being chosen for it's heat distribution properties and consistent performance evenly spreading and retaining the heat for better results. The cast iron cook-top is coated for long lasting rust resistance. Stainless steel flame tamers/vaporizers then sit between the cooking surface and the burners underneath the grill section of the cooking surface minimising the likelihood of food tainting flare ups and vaporzing excess cooking residues to create that all important barbecue taste.
Built to last and to withstand high heat over time the burner box of the BeefEater Discovery 1500 4 Burner Built In Gas BBQ is fully welded for strength and to make it easy to live with excess oil is drawn away into a bottom drip tray for an easy, fast clean up every time.
