Hi Fadi,The Woods WAC1804G is designed for air conditioning, dehumidifying and fan operation, but it does not have a heating function, so it cannot be used as a heater in winter.Thanks!

Hi Ajay,The Woods WAC1804G is self-evaporating, so during normal cooling the collected moisture is automatically expelled through the exhaust hose; any excess water can be drained from the rear drain outlet into a suitable container or via a drain hose.Thanks!

Hi, The Wood’s Cortina XL WAC1804G uses a standard 150 mm (6 inch) diameter exhaust hose. This is the industry-standard size for 18,000 BTU portable air conditioners, and compatible replacement or extension hoses should be 150 mm / 6 inch.
