iQ700 models – you can leave the solid shelves (i.e. side support rails) in the oven on activeClean® mode, however, the wire shelves must be removed to avoid permanent discolouration.
iQ500 models – you must remove all of the shelf supports and the wire shelves before the activeClean process.
