Please be aware this unit may have cracks, scratches or unremovable stains, areas of plastic have faded, loose hinge, the keys and the touchpad area show signs of previous wear however this will not affect the performance. This has been reflected in the selling price.

Hi, this laptop comes with Windows 11 Home installed and ready to use. Please note that Microsoft Word and Excel are not included as standard; these require a separate Microsoft 365 subscription or can be installed separately.
