The cutlery tray, a Miele invention, offers many benefits: All cutlery pieces are positioned separately and will not get scratched. Deposits are removed completely and the cutlery is dried perfectly. Moreover, unloading is convenient and hygienic. - Hot water connection
All Miele dishwashers can be connected to a hot water supply with a temperature of up to 60 °C. This reduces electricity consumption by up to 55 % and running times by up to 10 %. In the ECO program, the energy consumption of the dishwasher is reduced to as little as 0.45 kWh. - Reduced load
Using automatic load recognition, Miele dishwashers automatically detect the amount of crockery in the wash cabinet and adjust the use of water and electricity accordingly. Thanks to this automatic function you don't always have to wait until your dishwasher is fully loaded. - EcoPower technology
In the ECO program, water consumption is reduced. This also means that less energy is required to heat the water, and you benefit from an energy-efficient dishwasher. The water savings are achieved through the intelligent design of the supply system and a highly efficient filter system. Additional insulation reduces thermal losses and thus the amount of energy required to heat the water. - Child safety lock, check indicators

Worry-free dishwashing: in combination with the PowerDisk and the UltraTabs, the Hygiene and Intensive programs reliably remove over 99.9 % of viruses. This has been confirmed in tests carried out by the Institute for Hygiene and Virology.1 Rhine-Waal University of Applied Sciences has also confirmed the exceptional hygienic cleaning performance of Miele dishwashers. More than 99.99 % of bacteria were removed with AutoDos and PowerDisk in the ECO 50 °C and QuickPowerWash 65 °C programs in the hygiene test.
