Thanks to Miele's external steam generation, the first rise in temperature is provided purely by steam rather than the heating of the cavity and this avoids the drying out of food. Correctly steamed vegetables retain 50% more vitamins than those boiled in water and benefit from increased appearance, taste, aroma and texture.

Precision technology for unrivalled performance: DualSteam
Miele's DualSteam technology provides quick and even steam distribution thanks to 3.3 kW external steam generators. The steam is introduced into the cavity via two steam nozzles on the back panel specially aligned to ensure the quickest heat up times and even steam distribution, even at low cooking temperatures. This is particularly beneficial for temperature-sensitive sous-vide cooking processes.

A fully responsive touch control fascia with quick access operating modes positioned across the top, a single-line TFT text display in the middle and the sensor key bank along the bottom.
