Hi Neil,For optimal performance, ensure that the Hoover 46 Bottle Capacity Dual Zone Freestanding Wine Cooler (HWCB60UK/N) has adequate ventilation. Leave at least 5 cm (2 inches) of space behind the unit, 2.5 cm (1 inch) on each side, and 5 cm (2 inches) above it. Also, make sure the front is unobstructed to allow proper airflow. Avoid placing the cooler in direct sunlight or near heat sources, and ensure it's on a level surface to maintain efficient cooling and prolong its lifespan.Thanks!

Hi Jayne,The Hoover HWCB60UK/N 46-Bottle Dual Zone Freestanding Wine Cooler has a temperature range of 5?°C to 18?°C, with the upper zone adjustable between 5?°C and 10?°C and the lower zone between 10?°C and 18?°C.Thanks!
