Hi Paul,The Hoover 60cm 4 Zone Ceramic Hob (HH64BV) is not suitable for use as a free-standing hob on top of a standard worktop. It is designed to be built into a worktop cut-out and must be installed as an integrated hob with the correct clearances and electrical connection.Thanks!
