Hi Gill, yes, this model can hold champagne with a recommended temperature setting of 5-8?. However, please note that this model is designed to hold standard 750ml wine bottles. While a few smaller champagne bottles may fit, larger bottles are wider and may not sit properly on the shelves. Thank you.

The last 150mm wine cooler i got from you fits in the gap of 855mm high.

Since your available space is only 855 mm (85.5 cm) high, this unit will not fit.
You will need a wine cooler with a height of 85.5 cm or less. Consider looking at wine coolers specifically designed for under-counter installation, as these models are typically shorter.Thanks!
