Hi David,On the control knob of the Candy FCM955XRLCN oven, the symbols select different cooking functions such as oven light only, defrost (fan without heat), conventional cooking with top and bottom heat, fan-assisted cooking for even heat, bottom heat with fan for pizzas, grill, fan grill, and the pyrolytic self-cleaning function.Thanks!
