The BOSCH SMS4EKI06G Dishwasher is designed to connect to a cold water supply by default. However, it can be connected to a hot water supply if you have an energy-efficient setup, such as a solar heating system with a circulation line. For hot water, the supply temperature should be between 40°C and 60°C, and the dishwasher settings can be adjusted to accommodate this by enabling the hot water connection setting ("A01"). If in doubt, we recommend using a cold water supply as standard.
