Question from Wanja: Asked on 09/10/2026 If read through the user manual and still confused as where the heat is coming out off. As if it build in loke the picture as thats what I want to do. Does the heat come out the front?
Hi, the manual confirms that this fire is designed for recessed or flush media wall installation. The heat outlet and air intake must remain unobstructed, so please ensure the installation follows the manual's ventilation requirements. The heat exits from the top inside of the unit, not directly through the front.
Thank you.
Question from Nick: Asked on 23/01/2026 Hi, I understand that the heat output is from the underside of the top metalwork but where is the intake ? Same side ?
Nick
Hi, The fireplace has dedicated air intake openings and heat outlet grilles. Warm air exits from the top vents inside the unit, while cooler room air is drawn in through the lower front or bottom area, ensuring safe and efficient heat circulation.
Thank you.
Question from L Cole: Asked on 15/01/2026 can fire be put onto fireplace and slate hearth freestanding
Hi, The AmberGlo 3-Sided Electric Fireplace (30") is designed for wall recess installation, but it can sit on a slate hearth as a decorative electric unit. Ensure it is stable, vents are clear, and the power cable is safe. It produces electric flames only—no real fire.
Thank you.
Question from Gemma: Asked on 03/12/2025 What heat does this fire give off please?
Hi, The AmberGlo 30-inch Black 3-Sided Inset Electric Media Wall Smart Fireplace (Model AGL080) provides a heat output of 1.8?kW, which is equivalent to around 6,100?BTU per hour. This makes it suitable for heating small to medium-sized rooms, and the heat is distributed via a built-in fan for effective warming of your space.
Thank you.
