Question from Mark Sohl: Asked on 12/05/2026 Good Morning
I am interested in OPFGOSUFP1024 but my current doors are 570mm, these doors are 610mm with a 15mm eqch side trimming allowance, will there still be enough lipping to fit hinges etc.. and allow for edge rounding??
Many thanks
Hi, The OPFGOSUFP1024 door is 610mm wide and has a trimming allowance of 15mm per side. After trimming, the door would be 580mm wide—10mm wider than your current 570mm doors. This means the door will only fit if your doorway or frame is at least 580mm wide. The solid timber edges (lipping) will still be sufficient for fitting hinges and rounding, so trimming won’t compromise installation—but you’ll need to measure your frame carefully before ordering to make sure it can accommodate the extra width.
Thank you.
