Combining a gas hob with electric ovens below, the new Dual Fuel designs are available on both the Professional+ and Classic 60cm models in various colours. The new matt black cast iron pan supports and matching burner caps offer a modern aesthetic to the hob top with a premium look and feel. They are also dishwasher-safe for easy cleaning. There are four burners in a variety of sizes to suit all culinary styles and saucepan sizes along with a cast aluminium griddle, which is lightweight and easy to put into position. Perfect for griddling everything from steaks and salmon to vegetable kebabs, it heats up quickly for tasty, speedy results. The Dual Fuel cookers also come with a wok cradle as standard for high heat stir-fries and stable cooking when deep-frying. Single-handed ignition makes it easy to ignite the hob and it’s child-safe, too.The A rated electric top oven and grill has a 39 litre capacity with the new ‘S’ slow cook function, browning and conventional cooking. The large 69 litre programmable electric multifunction oven is also A rated for energy efficiency and offers ‘S’ slow cook, defrost, fanned, conventional, fan assisted, grill and rapid grill for fan assisted grilling. It also has catalytic side liners for easy cleaning.
