Deluxe Hotplate
The NEW NEXUS SE is being launched with the much loved deluxe multi-zoned hotplate. Each hotplate comes with robust sit-on semi-gloss finished cast iron pan supports.

Wok Cradle and Griddle
The Deluxe hotplate comes with a multi-zone (two ceramic burners with a smooth flat griddle) and a cast iron wok cradle.

Timer
The 3 button timer will feature with NEW white light display. This simplifies the operation with the operating controls in a coordinating finish.

Rotary Controls
One of the most distinctive features of the NEXUS SE range cooker is the leading edge ultra modern rotary controls, with the design originating from the iconic Mercury range cooking family. The NEXUS SE controls are made from diamond turned aluminium which are anodised to give protection and durability.
The rotary design brings a definitive feel offering a smooth tractability when operating the hotplate cooking zones. This "first class" rotary control system is completed by a rubberised "o ring" which significantly reduces the likelihood of the controllability being affected by reduced grip on the rotary design.

Chrome Tubular Handles
To add to the NEXUS SE aura of modernistic appeal, chrome finished tubular handles will be featured with robust, solid block brackets. These matt finished handles will be anodised for durability and finished at each end with a contrasting chrome plated cover.

Grill
The NEXUS SE will have the Deluxe glide-out grill™ system with 4-way trivet which gives you four grilling depth options.

Large Modern Windows
The NEXUS SE products will be manufactured with the same geometric window design that has been so popular with the Professional+ family and NEXUS.

Oven Configuration
The oven configuration is the same as the Excel with an 8 function multifunction oven, which includes Rapid Response™ on the left hand side and an electric fan oven on the right hand side. The Nexus SE also comes with a Handyrack. Both ovens offer 73 litres of usable oven space and are A-rated for energy efficiency.

Slow Cook Cavity
The NEXUS SE will feature a fourth working cavity; adjacent to the grill will be a slow cook oven. This can be used for warming or for cooking and will go up to 140°. The sides of the oven have elements which allow the cavity to be thermostatically controlled with the temperature going from 80° to 140°.

Oven Cleaning
Both large ovens are fitted with self clean catalytic liners and the slow cook oven has an enamelled finish.
